Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work with strong guarantees to ensure your comfort and satisfaction:

• Total Respect Guarantee: Our technicians treat your home with care by wearing protective boot coverings and using floor coverings in high-traffic areas. We respect your space and leave it as clean as we found it.
• No Lemon Guarantee: If your air conditioner or heat pump’s compressor fails twice within five years, we replace the entire unit. If
  your furnace’s heat exchanger fails within ten years, we replace the entire system. Both guarantees require proper system maintenance.
• 2-Year Comfort Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your system’s performance within two years, we’ll make the necessary modifications or replace the system to ensure your comfort.
• Service & Repair Guarantee: All parts (except refrigerant) and labor for repairs are covered for two years unless a manufacturer warranty
  applies.
• No Risk Repair Guarantee: If you're unsure whether to repair or replace your system, you can receive up to $1,000 in repair credit toward a new system installed by AirCo.
