Again your company impressed me. I had a schedule for seasonal checkup on my two units today for 08:00 to 10:00. Your tech, "Pat", showed up at 08:05 much unlike every other service company who will give you a same day show up envelope. Love somebody being prompt and on time. Pat is a great employee and I'll request him for next years look see. He answered all my questions and always wore his booties when coming inside. He's a keeper!

Our A/C system was 16 years old, and we needed a new one. Randy was very helpful in allowing us to make our decision on our time. Not a pushy salesperson at all. Very relaxed and very informative.
