I had my original Lennox Air Conditioning unit replaced after 30 plus years. The Sales Rep Steve Hinton came to the house and did an outstanding job of explaining what the Service Personnel would do when replacing the old unit. I had the chance to have the system replaced on a Saturday instead of a work day. The staff at AirCo came out as expected. The main service Tech Jeff, did a wonderful job as did his 2 assistants. They started at 9:00 and were finished by 6:00 PM. Other than learning how to work a digital thermostat I must say the techs did a great job of installing, cleaning up and explaining to me how the thermostat operates along with changing the filters. The experience went well. Professional & courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope that the Trane model I bought lasts as long as the old Lennox unit.

Your service is fantastic!! Our air conditioner fan failed late last night. I called about 2AM, intending to leave a message, but the phone was answered promptly and politely by Terri, who ensured me a technician would arrive Sunday afternoon. However, she called Sunday morning with an even earlier visit. Vince Bullock arrived right on time, continuing this outstanding and friendly service. He quickly identified the problem and placed an order for the required part. I was very pleased with the service up to that point, but Terri called again a little while later with great news: She found a technician with a temporary part that would get our air conditioner working until the required part arrived. Adan Gomez arrived shortly afterwards. Again, I was very impressed with his professional and friendly service. He expertly installed the part and had our air conditioner working again in no time.
