Our Total Respect Guarantee

You spend a lot of time in your home and you work hard to keep it clean. Here at AirCo, when we visit your home for consultations or for installation work, our technicians will always wear protective coverings on their boots in order to keep from tracking in dirt or damaging your floors. We also put down floor coverings when we’re going to be frequently moving through parts of your home.

The “No Lemon” Guarantee

We believe in the skills, training, and experience of our technicians as well as the quality of the products that we install. To prove it, we offer a “no lemon” guarantee on the air conditioning and heating systems that we install. If the compressor in your air conditioner or heat pump goes out twice within the first five years after installation (and your system has been properly maintained by us), we will replace the entire unit, not just the compressor, and give you a new five–year no lemon guarantee.

For gas furnaces, if your heat exchanger fails within the first 10 years after installation (and your furnace has been properly maintained by us), we will replace the entire furnace, not just the heat exchanger, and give you another 10–year no lemon guarantee.

AirCo Two–Year Comfort Guarantee

We insist on your complete comfort. We want you to be completely confident with the craftsmanship and materials provided by us and paid for by you. If within two (2) years from the date of your comfort system installation, you are displeased with the performance of your comfort system (or component) we will make any and all modifications (including replacement of the system or component if necessary) to achieve your comfort.

Service and Repair Guarantees

We know that having to repair your air conditioning system or heater isn’t fun. But when you call AirCo for service, you’ll get our service and repair guarantee. This covers all of the parts (except refrigerant) and labor that we use for repairs or service for two years, unless they’re covered by a manufacturer warranty. In that case, those parts are covered for the remainder of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Zero Risk Repair Guarantee

It can be hard to tell when your heater or AC system needs to be replaced. If one of our residential service repair customers is debating repairing or replacing their system, they have the option of paying for the repair and then getting partial or full credit (up to $1,000) of the repair cost towards a completely new system installed by AirCo.
